Our Practice

We are primarily a negligence defense firm. We handle many matters involving automobile accidents, construction accidents, product liability, workers' compensation, PIP arbitrations, UM claims, UIM claims, coverage issues and the like. We also handle a heavy volume of Title 59 work involving municipal government and it's employees.

Because of our rural location, we also do a good amount of "general practice" including municipal court tickets, estates, real estate, wills, landlord/tenant, and plaintiff personal injury work where there is no conflict with one of our regular carriers.

A litigation plan is developed for each matter:

• Each case is assigned to experienced trial counsel with knowledge of the issues and law involved.

• We prepare an initial case assessment and work with the client to demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses involved and agree upon a handling method, utilizing client support and technology available.

• We work with each client to estimate fees and expenses so that costs may be projected and budgeted.

We offer a free consultation for personal injury cases.

Plaintiff personal injury matters are almost always handled on a contingent basis.
